The Dark and the Light: Season 1 Episode 2

Emma sat in her last class. She was in a bad mood, as usual. It was surprising that she wasn't one of The Dark Chosen. She had well passed the age of The Choosing-she was 18, the age of Choosing was 12. Her 5th grade crush, James Williams, had been Chosen as one among The Light Chosen. The Light Guild protected the Usuals from The Dark Guild. Emma was a Usual, or one who was not Chosen by either Guild. But she had always dreamed of being in the Dark Guild. So it wasn't too surprising when one day, Emma collapsed on the floor. Her pale skin turned dark grey, her black clothes white, and her blonde hair black. When she woke up, she was a Dark Chosen. Born of evil and hate. She knew nothing about her past, but she now remembered a new family. She was now a mindless demon of night. All she knew was she loved James Williams.
