The Dark and Light: Season 1 Episode 6

James knew that they were destined to be together. He knew they had to meet. So the next day, the star crossed lovers met at the border. They hugged each other and discussed in low voices where to meet. They would meet at the Cafe Usual is Usual Town, both wearing cloaks. They held hands and slowly walked in, staring into each other's eyes. Everyone thought that it was a Usual and a Light lost in love. They sat down, and James ordered two of the Usual Coffee. They held hands over the table, staring meaningfully into the other's eyes, saying I love you with their faces. They kissed, and James stopped glowing and was a Usual. The same happened to Emma. They stared for a moment, then flipped off their coats in excitement. They could be in love! Emma wondered why she hadn't thought of that. They looked upon the other, at themselves, and hugged. James lifted Emma in the perfect embrace. For once, it was perfect. Everything was perfect. Then the moment shattered like a piece of glass. Emma's skin grew pale grey, and James began to glow. But they hadn't noticed, so lost in their happiness. But the others who were previously cooing over the cute sight were yelling and running away. And there they stood. James' and Emma's parents in total shock.
